- Licensed as a real estate broker and Realtor, David heads our Commercial division. He joined Simmons & Harris in 1995 and brought extensive experience in appraisals and mortgage lending. He has served as President of the Rocky Mount Building Industry Association and President of the Rocky Mount Area Association of Realtors.
